11 421 KM walked over 15 million steps.
Doing more kilometers meant I could reach more people.
Stepping for every impact.
What is the Weight of your Steps? What will be your impact?
Here are my daily bests from all the provinces I walked across.
Some of which, with an over 400 + lbs trailer in tow.
British Columbia - 59 km Mt.Robson to just inside the border
Alberta - 60 km Edmonton to Elk Lake
Saskatchewan - 60 km Maymont to Langham
Manitoba - 54 km Shoal Lake to a rest stop outside Minnidosa
The rest were set with the 200+lbs jogging stroller.
Newfoundland - 59 km Stephenville exit to Midway Motel
Nova Scotia - 57 km Baddeck to North Sydney ferry
Prince Edward Island - 64 km Wood Island to the east side
of Charlottetown
New Brunswick - 57 km Welsford to Burton
Quebec - 64 km Montebello to Gatineau
Ontario - 74 km Kingston to Bellville.
This all done with making calls to the media,
talking with people, dealing with weather
and looking for food water and shelter.
The land bent and folded me like in the makings of a sword,
and the people I met gave me the materials
to withstand the impact.
Just so you don't think my daily best
were all surrounded by rest;
here is the week surrounding the Kingston to Bellville journey.

Here is to the kilometers ahead
I will need a great amount of support along the next trek.
“There & Back is how far we will go to help someone who needs a helping hand. We are interested and involved with supporting the struggle of individuals in assisting their efforts in recovering from trauma, both physical and emotional.
Helping others to take steps starts with a helping hand.
"A There & Backer will go to the ends of the earth
and back to help others”. Trevor Redmond
