Health trauma, both emotionally and physically, can happen suddenly or develop over long periods of time throughout our lives.

The best medicine to include in preventing and overcoming health trauma is exercise through 
MOBILITY

We have our very own health care system
to ensure our fitness to tackle
various health conditions that may arise. 

Keeping fit, eating properly and having good rest can prevent many health concerns.

We can support and enjoy our own quality of life with the effort we take to build our
own personal health care system 

Nothing Exists Without Investment

There will be moments in our lives when we need support beyond our personal health care system. We may need to look for support from the
health care system provided through our provincial and
federal systems.

We heal as we move.
Any delay providing health care reduces the quality of how we will heal.

IF we have a health issue now.
THEN we need health care now.
OR
We may develop compound issues.

I have experienced my own
personal health care system
at a very early age, by just playing and running.

I also was admitted into
the health care system
when I was struck by a vehicle and
struggled to keep my leg there after.

From surgeries and hospital beds to
a wheelchair, to crutches, to a cane, to walking and running again.
I have so much to give back
I was supported by health care systems.
I am out to support health care systems and
maximize health care systems to provide 
Health, Mobility, Recovery
for EveryBody

It is the least I can do at the most
